Creating and processing customer ordersGenerating accurate invoicesResolving billing discrepanciesSupporting timely cash collection You will collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, Logistics, and Credit teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate transactions.This role is perfect for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining accuracy.Main Responsibilities
Process customer orders accurately and on timeMaintain and update customer data, contracts, and billing informationGenerate and review invoices, resolving discrepancies before releaseHandle credit notes, adjustments, and dispute resolution efficientlyRespond to customer inquiries regarding orders, invoices, and paymentsCoordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issuesMonitor outstanding payments and follow up with customersSupport cash application and provide necessary documentationEnsure compliance with company policies and internal controls Core Skills & Experience
Experience managing Order-to-Cash or finance processesConfident use of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving xpzdshu skillsClear communication and strong team collaborationCommitment to excellent customer service and relationship building What's on Offer
