Role Purpose

\n

Support the growth of mAbxience’s CDMO Biologics business by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, supporting client interactions, coordinating proposals, and assisting with BD activities. This is an early‑career commercial role with strong development potential in biotech environment.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

- Research and identify potential clients in pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. Maintain accurate records of potential clients.
- Support lead generation and qualification for CDMO biologics opportunities (early‑stage innovators, small-mid biotechs, academic spin‑offs).
- Participate in industry conferences and networking events to build relationships and generate leads (e.g., CPHI, LSX, etc.).
- Assist with preparation of commercial decks, RFI/RFP responses, proposals, and follow-up with prospects.
- Participate in client calls and BD meetings with senior team members. Generate comprehensive meeting minutes within two days of the meeting. Follow up on client requests.
- Manage small customer accounts
- Coordinate internally with R&D;, MSAT, QC, Manufacturing and PM to collect information for proposals.
- Support competitor and market intelligence activities. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

What do you need?

\n

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
- –3 years of experience in Biologics CDMO (strongly preferred) or biopharma commercial/technical roles.
- Basic understanding of biologics development (CLD, USP/DSP, analytics). Exposure to pharmaceutical development/manufacturing.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to details.
- Expertise in MS Office, knowledge on AI tools will be a plus
- Fluent English (mandatory).
- Availability for travel (~20–30%).

Nice to Have

\n
- Exposure to BD, sales support, or alliance management.
- Attendance at industry events/partnering meetings.
- Existing network in biotech.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).
