About This Role
Join our crew management implementation team to analyze complex business problems related to aviation flight crew operations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Installing software, conducting data migration, and setting up integrations.
* Creating business plans and supporting documents to align with company goals.
* Working on high-value projects with significant customer impact.
* Solving complex business problems across multiple systems and domains.
* Providing strategic direction and planning for current and future business environments.
* Identifying and developing cost-effective systems and procedures.
* Acting as a liaison between developers, architects, and customers.
* Supporting development teams with functionality, testing, training, and deployment planning.
* Guiding less experienced analysts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
* 3+ years of relevant experience, potentially up to 20+ years.
* Experience in crew planning, scheduling, tracking, and rules is preferred.
* Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++.
* Experience in automation, enterprise application installation on AWS, and database management (Oracle, MongoDB).
* Proficiency in SQL/PL SQL, and integration protocols like SOAP, XML, JSON, Postman.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel macros.
* Experience in airline crew scheduling or related systems is a plus.
* Understanding of client-server architectures and legacy system integration.
