What you’ll do:
- Play a crucial role in capturing feedback from business users and stakeholders to meet expected service levels, data governance best practices, and drive product excellence.
- Support continuous improvement of existing business processes, governance, and user engagement of IT Sustainability solutions.
- Supervise the implementation of enhancements with business and technical stakeholders.
- Facilitate operational calls with product owners and other sustainability stakeholders.
- Ensure efficient regular reporting processes across Sustainability solutions and ensure IT security standards are applied across these solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
