We're rindus, a People company. We love IT professionals, and our passion is to help and empower our crew to get the best out of themselves, unfold their full potential, and help them grow.
Since 2017, in close collaboration with our German Partners, we've been shaping software development teams. Currently, we have over 160 crew members from 14 different nationalities sailing with us. We are expanding our team and looking for a new rindus team member to onboard. Are you the next to be reeled in?
What you'll be doing
At rindus, we love people and take care of them. As a Team Captain, you are the central contact for your team members and partners (customers). You will be in close contact with both your team and the partners, managing relationships with an open, empathetic, and friendly approach. You will maintain structured and independent work, and collaborate with colleagues.
* Establish and grow trustful relationships with team members and partners to understand their individual situations, goals, needs, and challenges.
* Gain deep insights into each team member's environment to balance individual interests with those of the team, projects, and partners, aligning with rindus culture and values.
* Use your relationships to address concerns early, identify root causes, and facilitate transparency and solutions.
* Support team building processes, from recruitment to stabilization.
* Set up best practices, share knowledge, and improve tools and processes.
* Provide input for service and solution improvements.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure satisfaction for both team members and partners.
* Manage key processes like performance reviews and salary discussions, balancing interests responsibly.
* Develop and implement initiatives to engage and care for our team, strengthening rindus culture and values.
What you'll bring
We seek an empathetic personality with a strong passion for working with people. You should have a proven track record in building relationships, experience in coaching or psychology is a plus. Experience with international companies and candidates is beneficial. You should have at least 5 years of HR experience at a business partner or generalist level in a fast-paced environment.
You are proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and an understanding of issues in a broader business context. Confidence in stakeholder communication, including with partners, is essential. You should be able to identify issues and opportunities and drive results. Being a team player and relationship builder is crucial. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required, along with excellent communication skills. You should have a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
