In search of the ideal profile
We are looking for a hybrid profile that combines an international marketing and trade strategic vision with a
strong sensitivity to product design, materials, and the physical execution of the brand .
This position will be key in
ensuring that every touchpoint
— from campaigns to packaging and in-store materials —
reflects the level of detail, consistency, and excellence
that define Eight & Bob.
Beyond market coordination, this role will have a direct impact on how the brand is brought to life and perceived.
Key Responsibilities
1. Trade Marketing & International Markets
Coordinate and support international distributors in the execution of marketing plans.
Ensure the proper implementation of trade marketing actions, materials, and visual merchandising.
Guarantee brand consistency and coherence across all markets.
Support and validate local market proposals.
Ensure the training of sales teams within our distributor network.
2. Product, Design & Materiality
Participate in the development of products, packaging, and physical brand elements.
Define, evaluate, and propose materials, finishes, dimensions, and construction solutions.
Ensure that every piece (POS materials, displays, packaging, gifting, etc.) reflects luxury and sophistication standards.
Collaborate with creative teams and suppliers to elevate execution quality.
Identify opportunities for improvement in design, production, and perceived value.
Your Profile
2–4 years of experience in international marketing, trade marketing, or brand management, preferably within luxury, beauty, or premium lifestyle brands.
Hands -on experience or strong exposure to product development, packaging, or physical brand elements (highly valued).
Knowledge of or sensitivity to materials, finishes, and production processes.
High level of English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.
A proactive, outgoing, innovative, and collaborative mindset.
