What You'll Do
* Trusted Advisor: Onboard a portfolio of new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns.
* Outbound Engagement: Make outbound calls to promote services, understand client objectives, and offer tailored solutions.
* Strategic Campaign Setup: Set up strategic, results-driven campaigns for immediate impact and long-term success.
* Growth & Upselling: Be responsible for increasing client spend and identifying upselling opportunities.
* Database Management: Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
* High-Volume Interaction: Handle a high volume of potential clients daily through phone calls.
What You'll Bring
* Language Skills: C2 level of Dutch and C2 level of English.
* Experience: 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, with previous client-facing experience in high-stakes environments.
* Education: BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred).
* CRM Expertise: Strong experience managing customer relationships and improving CRM systems.
* AI Integration: You regularly integrate AI tools into your workflow and use insights to personalize outreach.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, able to clearly and persuasively explain complex ideas to diverse audiences.
