Join Our Team as a Marketing Manager (Live Entertainment) Lancelot Productions, an internationally recognized production company known for its live orchestral performances of iconic film soundtracks, is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team.This role focuses on coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across multiple European markets, working closely with venues, partners, and internal teams to drive ticket sales and grow our international film music community.Key Responsibilities Campaign & Asset Management Coordinate and deliver marketing assets (visuals, copy, formats) for each market and venueManage localization needs including translations and format adaptationsEnsure consistency and quality of brand presentation across all channelsVenue & Local Marketing Coordination Liaise with venues to secure and optimize marketing opportunities (on-site visibility, newsletters, local promotions)Align with venue marketing teams to ensure proper campaign rolloutAdapt campaigns to local market specifics and audience behaviorPartnerships & Media Identify and coordinate media partnerships, local promoters, and cross-promotional opportunitiesSupport outreach to press, radio, and digital partners in each marketTrack and report on partnership performanceCampaign Execution & Reporting Oversee marketing execution across all tour dates and marketsMonitor campaign performance, ticket sales trends, and audience engagementProvide regular reporting and insightsRequirements Proven experience in marketing, ideally within live entertainment, events, or touring productionsStrong organizational and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders and marketsExperience managing marketing assets, localization, and campaign executionAbility to coordinate partnerships and communicate with venues, media, and external partners remotelyComfortable working in a fast-paced, international environmentFluency in English required; French and/or German are a strong advantageWhat We Offer The opportunity to work closely with world-class orchestras and renowned film music artistsHands‐on experience managing international marketing campaigns in live entertainmentA flexible, remote role within a global production environmentThe chance to grow and engage a passionate global film music communityAbout Lancelot Productions Lancelot Productions takes audiences on extraordinary journeys through the power of live entertainment.
