About the Role
Key Account Manager Junior – 24 months (VIE program, Valeo Power – Renault/Horse Power Division Sales Team). The position is located in Fuenlabrada, Spain.
Responsibilities
- Monitor sales performance, margins, and KPIs to support decision-making.
- Prepare quote proposals for Key Account Managers (KAM) in alignment with customer requirements.
- Develop detailed cost breakdowns in close cooperation with Site Finance.
- Contribute to Budget/MTP preparation.
- Analyze pricing structures and support profitability optimization.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate internally with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth order processing.
- Support contract management and ensure compliance with commercial agreements.
- Act as a local liaison to support the team (organizing meetings, prototype delivery, etc.)
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales or account management.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, international mindset, and openness to new cultures.
- Autonomous, humble, attentive, positive, professional, and diplomatic.
- Mandatory Excel skills.
