**PagoNxt Merchant is looking for a FINANCE MANAGER, based in our MADRID office.**

In order to achieve these goal, PagoNxt is organized in three different business:
- Merchant Solutions, for merchants and acquirers.
- Trade Solutions, for corporates and SMEs.
- Consumer Solutions, digital products and services for individuals.
This role will be part of our PagoNxt Merchant Solutions team and will be responsible for building a global, open merchant payment platform and consolidate Santander as an acquiring world leader.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
As a **Finance Manager **you will be responsible for the finance department of the development and integral holding company of PagoNxt Merchant Solutions.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts. We are looking for a dynamic Finance Manager who can lead and guide:
- Technical and operational accounting teams.
- Month-end close process.
- Rolling forecast process.
- Annual stragetic planning process.
- Annual budgeting process.
- Ad hoc analysis and business cases.
- Cost sharing and transfer pricing planning and execution.
- Finance automation and process improvements.
- Insights generation and reporting around research & development costs, and revenue streams.
- Global cash management.
- Internal and external audit processes.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 10 years in relevant areas such as: controlling, finance & accounting and/or financial planning & analysis.
EDUCATION
- Master (or higher) in Finance or Economics.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- IFRS knowledge & experience.
- Deep Knowledge and experience in accounting.
- Deep industry experience.
- Ability to lead and guide multiple small teams.
- Adaptable and comfortable in a changing environment.
- Is analytical and operates in a structured manne
- High level of English
Nice to have:
- Good level of Portuguese
- Oracle and SAP knowledge
