Energy Nordic is hiring a full-time Customer Service agent, with a Spanish contract.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our busy team. Excellent organisation and communication skills are a must, alongside the ability to work together in a team.
Tasks
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
**Requirements**:
- Experience in customer service is an advantage
- Fluent English is a must - written and verbal
- Other languages are great advantage, specifically German, Spanish or Scandinavian languages.
- Eager to learn with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team in a busy environment
