What you would do as our Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager you will operate in an international B2B environment with technical products, diverse customer segments, and different cultural contexts. Reporting to the Managing Director of FlexiForce, an international specialist in components and solutions for sectional overhead doors, you will be responsible for expanding existing customer relationships, developing new customers and market opportunities, and delivering concrete revenue and margin results.
You will also be responsible for
* Driving sustainable commercial growth by developing and executing strategic account plans, identifying and converting new business opportunities, increasing market share across segments, and actively managing pricing, product mix, and gross margin.
* Strengthening and expanding customer relationships through long‑term partnership building, realizing upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, increasing customer loyalty and share of wallet, negotiating within commercial frameworks, and anticipating market developments and customer needs.
* Ensuring performance and predictability by building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, delivering accurate forecasts and reporting, monitoring contract and account performance, and identifying risks and opportunities in a timely manner.
* Collaborating for strong commercial execution by aligning closely with internal teams on planning, delivery, and customer solutions, ensuring fast and professional customer follow‑up, and supporting continuous improvement of commercial processes and value propositions.
The Skills And Experience You Need
We are looking for someone who:
* Brings 5–10 years of international B2B sales or account‑management experience, demonstrating proven success in both new business development and the growth of existing accounts, ideally within a technical, industrial, or manufacturing environment.
* Shows strong commercial and analytical capability, with solid understanding of pricing strategy, margin management, and contract negotiation.
* Has an entrepreneurial mindset, proactively identifying and realizing opportunities while taking full ownership of results.
* Excels in relationship‑building and communication, with persuasive negotiation skills, strong networking abilities, and the energy to collaborate and make an impact across a dynamic, international context.
* Works independently and effectively across global environments, with fluent English as a must and Portuguese considered a strong plus.
