Thing Or Two is seeking a Junior Account Manager to join our Mobile Advertising Operations Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical approach to designing, managing, monitoring, and optimizing user acquisition campaigns. The accounts managed could include either advertisers or traffic suppliers.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Grow and develop existing clients while identifying and generating new business opportunities.
* Manage campaigns on various ad serving platforms from integration through launch.
* Oversee all aspects of a campaign, including ongoing optimization and daily report reviews.
* Create, analyze, and monitor campaign reports to achieve and improve client KPIs.
* Assist in the technical aspects of advertiser integration (both new and ongoing).
* Reconcile client accounts on a monthly basis.
* Upsell services to the entire client portfolio.
* Develop long-term relationships with clients based on trust.
* Manage campaign operations daily, from reporting to optimization.
* Establish solid solutions based on campaign and client KPIs.
* Monitor campaign results, optimize towards client KPIs, and strive to exceed them.

* Self-driven with a strong sales orientation and negotiation skills.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to see the bigger picture.
* Reliable, punctual, and a problem solver with a ‘Can-Do’ attitude.
