About the Role :
We're looking for a versatile, hands-on marketer who's ready to dive deep and make things happen. This isn't a strategy-only role—it's for someone who loves building, writing, testing, and optimizing across multiple marketing touchpoints.
Your three core areas of ownership will be :
1. Email Marketing – You'll own our email calendar, create engaging and high-converting emails, build nurturing sequences, and keep our subscribers excited and connected.
2. Funnels – You'll design and improve marketing funnels that drive conversions, from lead magnets to sales pages and everything in between.
3. Copywriting – You'll write persuasive copy across our emails, landing pages, and ads—messaging that speaks to the heart of our audience and drives action.
We're a lean team, so we're looking for someone who's comfortable wearing multiple hats, loves taking initiative, and is excited to directly contribute to business growth.
The Five Non-Negotiables Of This Role Are
1. Copywriting: You'll be crafting direct marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, web, and social media.
2. Being tech-savvy: You don't need to be a technical expert but you must be tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new marketing tools and technologies. Your daily tools will include CRM systems, content management systems, and email marketing platforms.
3. Leadership potential: Initially, you'll be our only in-house marketing person, but as you hit goals, this role may evolve into a team leader managing marketing assistants.
4. Being teachable and coachable: There will be a lot of learning on the job as we do marketing differently.
5. Being a self-starter: Goals will be clearly defined, and you'll often determine what needs to happen, when, and how. Initiative is crucial.
What you'll be responsible for :
1. Funnel Creation & Optimization – Design and manage marketing funnels, analyze performance, and implement data-driven improvements to boost conversions.
2. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and manage CRM systems: Write, schedule, and optimize emails, automations, and workflows. Use A/B testing and data analysis to improve open rates and conversions.
3. Writing and editing marketing copy for various channels such as social media, email, and website content.
4. Content & Social Media Management – Develop a content calendar, create and schedule content, and manage the company's social media presence and engagement.
5. Managing the company's website: update content, ensure functionality, and improve performance.
6. Tracking KPIs and campaign performance: Monitor key marketing metrics, analyze trends, and optimize strategies accordingly.
7. Oversee marketing visuals and video content: Coordinate with designers and videographers to develop graphics, lead magnets, brochures, landing pages, and videos, ensuring quality and brand consistency.
8. Creating and managing project timelines to ensure timely campaign delivery.
9. Cross-functional collaboration: Work with sales, product, and customer service teams, and manage sponsorships and partnerships to expand reach and brand awareness.
You'll be a great fit if you have :
* 5+ years of experience in marketing.
* 3+ years of experience in building marketing funnels.
* 2+ years of experience selling online courses, especially in the new-age or Tarot industry.
* Email marketing and copywriting experience.
* Experience creating detailed briefs for designers and editors.
* Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel).
* Ability to work independently on a part-time schedule, with potential to transition to full-time.
* Willingness to learn and contribute actively.
* Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
Nice-to-have's :
* Experience with ClickFunnels, Kajabi, Klaviyo, or Project Management tools.
