About the Role
Working with the platform operations team you will manage global infrastructure projects.
Key Duties:
- Operate and manage global production infrastructure ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of customer-facing services.
- Take end-to-end ownership of incidents, ensuring rapid resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot complex cross-platform infrastructure issues across compute, storage, virtualization, containers, and cloud environments.
- Identify, develop, and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve consistency (Infrastructure as Code, scripting, tooling).
- Ensure compliance with governance and security standards including ISO 27001- related controls.
- Maintain accurate documentation and runbooks to support operational readiness and knowledge sharing.
What we are looking for
Required Experience:
- 3 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure/platform operations roles.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Linux/Windows systems, virtualization, containers (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
- Strong experience in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining on-premises enterprise infrastructure.
- Proven experience working in measurable operations environments (SLAs, KPIs, incident management).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Scripting or programming experience (Python, Bash, or similar).
- Exposure to AI/automation tooling in operations (monitoring intelligence, predictive analytics, or similar).
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing).
- Experience working within ITIL or SRE-based operational models.
