Experteer Overview
As part of Gartner’s New Client Engagement, you will guide new and upgraded clients through a tailored onboarding experience, using Gartner resources and the gartner.com platform to demonstrate value. You collaborate with Sales to showcase offerings to prospects and clients, surface business priorities, and translate insights into action. You bridge pre-sales and ongoing support, helping executives solve critical challenges and drive Gartner adoption. This role blends relationship building with strategic demonstration to fuel growth.

• Collaborate with Sales to demonstrate Gartner products and resources to prospects and clients to boost engagement and license likelihood
• Coordinate with internal partners to remove obstacles and maximize client value
• Research target companies, executives, trends, and competitive intel to tailor Gartner resources for impact
• Lead prospect and/or client calls to understand priorities and articulate Gartner value
• Explain Gartner services and capabilities to decision makers and demonstrate value
• Support continuous improvement aligned with team, client, and organizational priorities
Responsabilidades
• 6+ months relevant professional or internship experience
• Ability to use Turkish at business level (speaking, reading, writing)
• Proven track record of delighting clients
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills; able to be agile and flexible
• Experience presenting to individuals, large groups, and high-influence stakeholders
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
