Your role
As a Business Analyst within the Strategy, Digitalization and AI team, you will join a growing and dynamic team passionate about transforming business operations through strategic digitalization and AI initiatives. We deliver our projects in a forward-thinking manner leveraging our strong soft skills and utilizing a range of tools to deliver the best results to the business.
- You will have the opportunity to contribute to projects delivering impact globally.
- You will benefit from close interaction and partnering with senior stakeholders, applying your business analyst skills on a broad range of key business problems.
- You will expand your Digitalization & AI skillset, using an array of tools available within the team as well as expanding your skills across banking, strategy and soft skills.

Your expertise
- Proven experience (3-6 years) with a top tier consulting firm (associate / project manager level), or a successful track record as a business analyst within a large corporate (ideally, a banking institution).
- An above-average university degree, ideally with specialization in business, economics or engineering.
- Drive and energy to build impactful solutions for complex business problems.
- Demonstrated ability in managing tasks and initiatives.
- Excellent analytical-conceptual skills, strong story-lining capabilities, structured and results-driven way of working, and ability to get things done.
- Demonstrated competence in data wrangling, data modelling and data analysis.
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Strong senior stakeholder management.
- Highly motivated, hardworking individual with desire to continually learn new skills and systematically improve.
- Knowledge of GenAI / Agentic AI tools and platforms would be a plus.
