Lead communication of the company's Private Label (PL) development model and strategic PL projects, providing expert advisory on assortment development for PL and Contract Manufacturing clients.Develop and communicate Persán's value proposition as a specialist in Private Label growth in Home & Personal Care.Lead marketing initiatives to promote the global development of Private Label.Oversee communication of Persán's Private Label model through various channels.Conduct competitive benchmarking against leading third-party manufacturers.Identify assortment development opportunities through market, consumer, and trend analysis.Provide strategic assortment recommendations and advisory to clients.Develop and present product concepts tailored to client needs.Minimum requirements:
Technical knowledge:
Experience working in or with FMCG companies, especially those with a Private Label business model.Category management, product management, B2B marketing.Soft skills:
Creativity, business acumen, market and competitive analysis skills.Tools:
