You'll collaborate with a broad marketing community-including regional content marketers, digital specialists, local business stakeholders, and external agencies-to execute scalable SEO strategies that drive measurable impact across the full customer journey: from candidate sourcing and job search to client lead generation and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
Execute our pan-European SEO strategy in collaboration with content, web, and digital teams.
Identify and implement SEO opportunities through audits, keyword research, and competitor analyses.
Support the delivery of on-site and technical SEO improvements across 22 European websites.
Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights using SEO tools and platforms (e.g., Semrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog).
Content-Led SEO
Develop and manage SEO content strategies aligned with regional campaign goals and local market needs.
Optimise existing content for performance and lead the expansion of content hubs through keyword discovery and content gap analysis.
Liaise with internal content creators, external freelancers, and local marketers to deliver content that drives traffic, leads, and candidate applications.
Collaborate with the regional content team to support cross-market campaigns, ensuring consistency and localisation best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as a bridge between content and digital marketing, translating SEO insights into tactical actions for both teams.
Provide SEO guidance to local marketing teams and web product owners, ensuring best practices are followed.
Share learnings, insights, and scalable frameworks with global SEO stakeholders and regional teams.
Stay up to date with algorithm changes, SEO trends, and digital marketing innovations.
b b 3-5 years of experience in an SEO role covering both technical and content-led SEO.
Proven track record of improving organic performance through both on-site optimisation and high-quality content strategies.
Experience working in a cross-functional or international environment.
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
Solid understanding of key SEO concepts and technical elements (e.g., hreflang, canonical tags, 301 redirects, schema).
Proficient in using SEO and analytics tools such as Semrush, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, and Search Console.
Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
Fluent in English ; other European languages are a plus.
