Position Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for order processing activities.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise order entry by the team and from web platforms.
* Streamline processes and suggest improvements to enhance customer and employee satisfaction and reduce process errors.
* Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone.
* Ensure compliance with pricing policies and margins.
* Manage relationships with customers and suppliers.
* Inform customers about equipment availability and sales conditions.
* Monitor and improve internal procedures.
* Manage pricing and discount schedules.
* Oversee outstanding authorized credits.
* Coordinate order books with customers.
* Establish dashboards related to commercial activities.
* Maintain cross-departmental relationships, including credit and accounts management.
Candidate Profile:
* University degree in Economics or related fields.
* 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Experience working in an international organization.
* Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
* Team player committed to high internal customer service, comfortable interacting at all organizational levels.
* Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
