You’ll own website experiment strategy and execution, partnering with creative + performance teams to turn traffic into revenue through better UX, stronger messaging, and faster iteration. /p pThis role is ideal if you’ve built and shipped dozens of experiments on bShopify (and/or similar ecommerce platforms) /b and can translate analytics into practical changes that lift conversion rate, AOV, and purchase intent. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liAudit customer journeys and identify the biggest conversion leaks (landing pages, PDPs, cart, checkout) /li liDevelop and execute an experiment roadmap (A/B tests, multivariate tests, iterative UX improvements) /li liImprove core ecommerce fundamentals: bpage speed, clarity, trust, offer presentation, mobile UX, merchandising /b /li liBuild / improve landing pages and storefront elements (Shopify themes, sections, page builders as needed) /li liAnalyze funnels: clicks → sessions → add-to-cart → checkout → purchase, and recommend changes backed by data /li liWork closely with performance + creative teams to align ad-to-site message match (hooks, offers, social proof) /li liProduce weekly reporting: experiments run, learnings, wins/losses, next bets, estimated impact /li /ul h3What success looks like /h3 ul liIncreasing bCVR /b, bATC rate /b, bcheckout completion /b, and brevenue per session /b /li liFaster testing velocity with clear documentation and learnings /li liNoticeable improvements in bmobile usability /b and bpage speed /b /li liStronger offer clarity and trust elements that reduce friction and improve purchase confidence /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li2+ years of hands-on CRO for ecommerce / DTC (agency or in-house) /li liStrong Shopify experience (themes/sections, Liquid basics or strong page-builder proficiency) /li liExperience with analytics + experimentation tools (examples: GA4, Shopify analytics, Hotjar, PostHog, VWO, Optimizely, Convert, etc.) /li liStrong UX + copy instincts (clarity, trust, persuasion, offer framing) /li liComfortable shipping: you can implement changes yourself or coordinate developers efficiently /li liExcellent written communication: you can explain why a change matters and what the data says /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liCheckout extensibility / Shopify Plus experience /li liStrong technical chops: HTML/CSS/JS, Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals /li liExperience with landing page builders (Replo, Shogun, PageFly, Gempages, Unbounce, Webflow) /li liFamiliarity with DTC testing frameworks (prioritization, power, guardrails, statistical basics) /li liExperience with subscription flows, bundles, post-purchase upsells, and AOV levers /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
