Our client is expanding their global technology team and is looking for ServiceNow Developers (Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior) to work on impactful, enterprise-level projects across IRM and HRSD modules.
You’ll join a collaborative, international environment delivering end-to-end solutions on the Now Platform - from leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities to developing advanced custom applications and integrations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your level of experience, you will:
* Design, develop, and implement business processes on the ServiceNow platform
* Gather and analyse requirements across the full development lifecycle
* Configure and customise ServiceNow modules, particularly IRM (GRC) and HRSD
* Develop integrations and enhancements to optimise platform performance
* Contribute to solution design and technical decision-making
* Support testing, documentation, and ongoing maintenance
* (Senior level) Lead development streams, mentor junior consultants, and support architectural decisions
What We’re Looking For
We welcome candidates at different stages of their ServiceNow careers. Ideally, you will have:
* Hands‑on experience with the ServiceNow platform (development, configuration, or support)
* Understanding of Now Platform architecture and core modules
* Experience with customisations, scripting, or integrations
* Exposure to ITSM, IRM/GRC, and/or HRSD modules
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL principles
* Understanding of software development best practices
* Strong communication skills in English (B2–C1)
Nice to Have:
* ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS‑IRM, CIS‑HRSD, etc.)
* 1–3+ years’ experience (Junior) or 3–5+ years (Mid/Senior) in ServiceNow implementation projects
* Experience contributing to enterprise-level deployments
