Overview
Grupo Peñaflor, an Argentine company part of Grupo Terold, a winery group with operations throughout the world, is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to join the team based in Madrid, Spain.
Responsibilities
* Lead the S&OP and Demand Planning process for EMEA, ensuring accurate demand reports to Supply units across all BUs.
* Ensure compliance with forecast accuracy policies that enable proper inventory management.
* Lead strategic portfolio management projects, such as simplification, origin migration, among others.
* Manage the reception and processing of customer orders, ensuring correct entry into the required systems of each BU.
* Drive the volume budget process and monitor company inventories (finished goods and supplies).
* Be responsible for all supply chain links, conducting the necessary analysis to anticipate, limit, and justify deviations.
Qualifications
* University degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields (MBA/Postgraduate preferred).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Business Planning, or related areas in multinational companies.
* Previous experience in FMCG and/or beverage industries.
* Advanced English (mandatory).
* Location: already located in Madrid, Spain.
