The RoleWe’re looking for a Dutch-speaking Account Manager to join our dynamic Client Success team. You’ll be the primary point of contact for our Dutch and Belgian partners, driving long-term relationships, optimising account performance, and ensuring client satisfaction with our platform.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of mid-to-large publisher and media clients across the Netherlands and Belgium.Act as a strategic advisor, identifying opportunities for growth, upsell, and optimisation.Lead onboarding, training, and integration processes for new accounts.Analyse performance metrics and provide actionable insights.Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Ad Ops, and Sales) to ensure client needs are met.Represent the voice of the customer internally, influencing product development and roadmap priorities.RequirementsNative-level Dutch and professional English (written and spoken).2–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or client services in a SaaS, media, or adtech environment.Solid understanding of the digital publishing and/or advertising landscape.Analytical mindset; able to interpret data and generate performance insights.Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
