As an Inside Sales Representative for the Austria/Switzerland Market, you will be an engine of growth for Iron Mountain. You will join a high-energy, results-driven team in Barcelona focused on helping organizations navigate digital transformation and secure their most critical assets.
Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify and "hunt" new business opportunities within the designated market via cold calling, social selling, and email campaigns.
Research and map out key stakeholders (C-level, IT Managers, Legal) to understand their pain points in information management.
Conduct high-level discovery calls to align Iron Mountain’s digital and physical solutions with client needs.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature.
Native or near-native fluency in German is a must. Professional proficiency in English is required for internal collaboration.
Sales Experience: experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or SaaS (mid-market experience is a plus).
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong to optimize your workflow.
Proven ability in cold prospecting and consultative selling, with a track record of managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature.
