We are seeking an experiencedTech Lead – Data Architectto lead the design and delivery of scalable data solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise inData Engineering, cloud platforms, and modern data stack tools, along with proven leadership capabilities to manage cross‐functional teams and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage technical teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring high‐quality deliverables.Act as the primary technical point of contact between business stakeholders and IT development teams.Design, develop, and deploy scalable data solutions usingAWS, Snowflake, dbt, Python, and SQL .Drive architecture decisions and ensure best practices in data engineering and cloud implementation.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Ensure project execution aligns withAgile/SAFe methodologies .Oversee end‐to‐end delivery including design, development, documentation, and deployment.Manage communication across internal teams and external partners, ensuring transparency and alignment.Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience in asenior technical leadership role(Tech Lead / Data Architect).AWS (Amazon Web Services)Snowflakedbt (Data Build Tool)Python & SQLSolid understanding ofmodern data engineering practices and architectures .Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Hands‐on experience working inAgile/SAFe environments .Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams effectively.#J-18808-Ljbffr
