P Manpower is recruiting on behalf of a well‑established and innovative European automotive supplier specializing in high‑tech polyurethane foam and EPP components for seating and interior applications. The company supplies almost all major automotive brands and operates multiple sites across Europe, offering a stable international environment with a strong focus on innovation, quality, and sustainability. /p p To strengthen the European Corporate Purchasing organization, we are looking for an experienced purchasing professional with Europe‑wide responsibility for direct and indirect purchasing categories. /p pb Key Responsibilities: /b /pulli Development and implementation of purchasing strategies within the assigned responsibility areas /lili Preparation and execution of price and contract negotiations, including individual and framework agreements /lili Scouting, selection, and qualification of new suppliers in close collaboration with Operational Purchasing /lili Identification, negotiation, and realization of cost‑saving opportunities /lili Monitoring of supplier and market developments with focus on risk management (e.g. bottlenecks, financial stability) /lili Support of new business acquisitions and customer projects /li /ul pb Key Requirements: /b /pulli Completed degree in engineering, business administration, or a comparable field /lili Several years of professional experience in direct and/or indirect purchasing within an international environment, ideally in the automotive industry /lili Strong expertise in cost analysis and market analysis /lili Excellent negotiation and communication skills /lili Hands‑on mentality, high level of commitment, and ability to work under pressure /lili Intercultural competence and willingness to travel occasionally /lili Business‑fluent English; German, Polish, or Czech language skills are an advantage /lili Proficient in SAP and MS Office /li /ul p If you are looking for a new challenge, apply today! /p
