Opportunity
AppliediT is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in React and Node.js to join our development team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing new functionalities for our various online tools, as well as creating custom developments for our clients.
As an integral part of our technical team, you\'ll work on challenging projects that combine cutting-edge technologies with practical solutions for the manufacturing industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to our digital platforms\' evolution, creating innovative solutions that transform how our clients optimize their industrial processes. Your full stack development skills will be fundamental in delivering value and driving operational excellence in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain web applications using React on the frontend and Node.js on the backend.
* Design, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs and backend components in C#/.NET.
* Collaborate with the consulting team to understand client needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
* Implement new features and improve existing ones in our online tools.
* Perform custom developments for specific clients, adapting our solutions to their particular needs.
* Ensure code quality through unit and integration testing.
* Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.
* Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in web development.
* Contribute to the architecture and design of scalable and high-performance solutions.
* Work in an agile environment, actively participating in sprint planning and estimation.
Requirements
* Bachelor\'s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack development, focusing on React and Node.js.
* Solid knowledge of C# and .NET for integration with enterprise systems and backend services.
* Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
* Experience with SQL
* Experience with NoSQL databases, preferably MongoDB, will be valued.
* Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
* Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
* Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
* Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of web application security practices.
* Basic understanding of UX/UI principles.
* Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS or Azure will be valued.
* Knowledge of agile methodologies and CI/CD tools will be valued.
* Experience or knowledge in the industrial or manufacturing sector will be valued.
* High level of English, both spoken and written.
