Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Governance
- Design and execute short-, medium-, and long-term corporate strategy
- Represent the company before the Board, external stakeholders, and strategic partners
- Lead transformation, expansion, and sustainable growth initiatives
- Manage strategic, legal, and reputational risks
Commercial & Operations
- Oversee execution of the commercial plan for truck, parts, and service sales
- Build and strengthen relationships with OEMs and strategic partners
- Ensure achievement of sales, revenue, and market share targets
- Guarantee operational efficiency of branches and service centers
- Optimize supply chain and inventory levels
- Implement and monitor operational KPIs to ensure high levels of customer service
Finance
- Approve annual budgets for sales, profitability, and expenses
- Ensure compliance with profitability margins and return-on-investment targets
- Monitor key financial indicators such as sales, operating income, and ROA
Talent
- Develop and lead a high-performing leadership team
- Promote accountability, leadership, and results orientation
- Drive succession planning, compensation, and executive talent development
Digital Transformation & Compliance
- Lead digitalization of commercial and operational processes
- Drive initiatives in CRM, ERP, data analytics, and e-commerce
- Ensure regulatory, fiscal, and corporate governance compliance
- Coordinate internal and external audits as required

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related field
- MBA or postgraduate degree in senior management (preferred)
- Fluent business-level Spanish and English
Experience
- 15+ years of experience in senior leadership roles
- Experience as CEO or General Manager
- Background in the heavy vehicles industry.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strategic leadership and strong business acumen

- Strong commercial knowledge of trucks, spare parts, and after-sales services
- Financial analysis and KPI management
