Now, we are reactivating one of our oldest companies, YOUNG Real Estate Investments and turning it into a high-performance, international vertical.

This is a co‑founder role.
Your Mission: Scale our real estate investment platform across three core markets :
* Curaçao
* Valencia
* The Netherlands
Grow the portfolio from 400 tenants to 1,000+, build the YOUNG Real Estate Fund (with our AIFM partner), raise institutional capital, secure new acquisitions, and architect the entire vertical together with the founder and leadership team.
What You’ll Lead
* Fund structure, governance, AFM / AIFM alignment
* Investment Memorandum + financial model
* Institutional fundraising (FOs, private banking, institutional)
* Portfolio management and performance (400 → 1,000+ tenants)
* Deal sourcing, due diligence, acquisitions
* Integration with YOUNG Hotels, Workspaces and other ventures
This is a builder role, not operational property management.
You operate above the assets, designing the engine that scales them.

Phase 1 - Builder Mode (first 6 months)

Who We’re Looking For
* 10+ years in real estate private equity, fund management, or IB
* Strong fundraising & institutional networks
* Experience with AIFM / AFM (or equivalent)
* International exposure (NL, Spain, Caribbean = big plus)
* Financial modelling & deal execution mastery
* Entrepreneurial builder. Fast. Strategic. Hands‑on.
* Fluent English (Spanish / Dutch a plus)
