Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support business discovery, KPI definition, and requirements engineering as part of a global data and analytics transformation. In this role, you will help translate business questions and legacy reporting logic into clear, testable requirements that drive the delivery of scalable solutions on modern data platforms.

What You Will Be Doing:

* Facilitate structured workshops and interviews with business users and subject matter experts
* Document personas, use cases, KPIs, business rules, and reporting requirements
* Reverse-engineer existing dashboards and reports to uncover undocumented logic
* Define functional, data, non-functional, and acceptance criteria
* Support validation activities, including KPI checks and user acceptance testing
* Maintain traceability from business needs through to analytics delivery

Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Analytics Consultant
* Practical experience with BI, reporting, or data-centric projects
* Strong analytical thinking and documentation skills
* Ability to work effectively in ambiguous or legacy system environments
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
