Senior Manager D&T; Warehousing
As Senior Manager D&T; Warehousing, you will be responsible for leading a team of digital experts focused on transforming and optimizing warehousing operations through technology. Your primary domain will be SAP-based warehousing solutions (e.G., SAP EWM, WM), but your scope will also include other relevant warehousing technologies and platforms that support operational excellence, automation, and data‑driven decision‑making. You will also be part of the management team within the Manufacturing cluster.
Lead and develop a chapter of digital professionals specializing in warehousing technologies, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Own the digital warehousing strategy, ensuring alignment with broader supply chain, manufacturing and operations goals, and driving the adoption of scalable, future‑ready solutions
Act as a thought leader in SAP warehousing (EWM, WM, S/4HANA), while also exploring and integrating complementary technologies such as WMS platforms, IoT, robotics, and data analytics tools
Collaborate cross‑functionally with business stakeholders, IT, and operations teams to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver impactful digital solutions
Ensure technical excellence and consistency across projects, promoting best practices in architecture, integration, and lifecycle management of warehousing systems
Mentor and coach chapter members, supporting their growth and ensuring the team remains at the forefront of digital warehousing capabilities

Bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain, IT, or a related field

~ Fluent in English
~ Ability to communicate in a clear and effective way to senior stakeholders and all levels in the organization, as well as with external stakeholders
~ Demonstrated knowledge of (digital) warehousing solutions and concepts
~ Proven experience in this domain, being the link between business strategy and digital
