Overview

We are seeking a Cybersecurity and Managed Services Consultant to support the CSM community and our customers in specific areas of technical domain expertise, acting as the offering expert for the CS community and driving adoption and expansion of Rockwell Automation Cybersecurity & Network solutions and services.
This role offers flexible location within the UE and reports to the Software Customer Success Leader.
Responsibilities
* Security – Cybersecurity and related best practices; knowledge of IACS security best practices; understanding of industry standards
* Networks – Ethernet network design best practices, IT/OT bridging; CPWE best practices; communicate with IT and OT; expand RA and Partner networking services
* Translate customer adoption data into business value metrics
* Identify expansion potential for additional products and services to help customers achieve outcomes
* Collaborate with sales and delivery teams on handoff motions
* Promote RA and Partner cybersolutions to existing customers via presentations and demonstrations
* Share industry knowledge with new and existing customers based on their key drivers
* Keep CRM and Gainsight data up to date and utilize these tools consistently
The Essentials - You Will Have
* Bachelor's degree in engineering / technical field
* 5+ years in cybersecurity applications with risk assessments, iDMZs, Continuous Threat Detection, and End Point Protection
* 5+ years in customer-facing roles in technical sales or project delivery
* Working knowledge of Threat Detection, Secure Remote Access, and antivirus in IT/OT environments
* Relevant ICS Security Certifications or working towards them (e.g., CISSP, NIST, ISA-99)
* Willingness to travel 30-40% to customers within assigned geography
The Preferred - You Might Also Have
* Knowledge of SOAR, SIEM, SOC utilization and value
* Knowledge of Cisco networking and Converged Plantwide Ethernet model
* Solution and application expertise with relevant sales experience
* Working knowledge of TSIA LAER model
* Automation and Industrial Control Systems experience (PLC, PAC, DCS, HMI)
