Temporary Position: HR Generalist Interim

Contract Type: Temporary

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist Interim to temporarily join our team and provide both operational and strategic HR support. This role goes beyond administration — it requires strong business understanding, leadership partnership, and the ability to drive talent and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities for the Interim HR Generalist

* Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
* Support workforce planning and organizational design based on current and future business needs.
* Drive performance management processes, ensuring clear objectives, feedback culture, and accountability.
* Partner with managers on talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies.
* Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and employee relations matters.
* Support and ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
* Manage HR policies and ensure they are effectively communicated and implemented.
* Oversee internal promotion processes, ensuring fairness and transparency.
* Lead internal communication related to HR processes and programs.
* Promote employee engagement and a strong organizational culture.

What Success Looks Like in This Role

A successful HR Generalist Interim in this position will:

* Demonstrate a strong understanding of the business and its priorities.
* Enable managers to make effective people decisions.
* Proactively identify talent gaps and organizational risks.
* Foster a performance-driven and feedback-oriented culture.
* Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Requirements

* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
* Ensure that all required recruitment profiles are delivered on time and in alignment with the company culture.
* Strong knowledge of European labor law, HR policies, compensation, and benefits.
* Experience supporting leaders in performance management, talent development, and internal promotion processes.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving priorities.
