* Conduct energy audits and develop savings models.
* Build and maintain relationships with industrial clients across Europe.
* Collaborate with sales, projects, and engineering to scope and deliver high-quality solutions.
* Support project delivery with site-specific technical input and performance validation.
* Identify relevant grants/rebates and support funding applications where applicable.
You’ll need
* 3+ years’ engineering experience (mechanical or electrical preferred).
* Proven track record in technical sales, solutions engineering, or business development.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
* Experience in energy efficiency, industrial automation, or decarbonisation.
* Comfortable working across multiple industrial sectors.
You’ll bring
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* A problem-solving mindset with strong analytical rigour and attention to detail.
* Initiative, flexibility, and the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
* Willingness to travel within Europe.
This role offers the chance to work on complex, high-impact projects that deliver measurable savings, within a growing and well-funded organisation. You’ll be part of an entrepreneurial, collaborative culture with clear progression opportunities, autonomy to shape solutions, and international exposure across flagship industrial sites.
