Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, building relationships with clients and stakeholders, preparing proposals, negotiating deals, and closing business opportunities. A minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or similar strategic growth roles in agriculture, agritech, or farm machinery sectors.
Strong skills in business development, partnership building, lead generation, and market analysis
Proven success in full-cycle sales (lead gen to deal closure) in a B2B technology environment.
Experience with CRM software and sales tools
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a hybrid work environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Agronomy, Engineering, or a related field;
