Electrical Commissioning Engineer

A large reputable company contractor is seeking an Electrical Commissioning Engineer on a project in Zaragoza, working alongside one of the largest general hyperscalers.
The role:
The Electrical Commissioning Engineer would be carrying out the testing, inspections and any troubleshooting on site. You will be executing the work and reporting to the commissioning manager on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out pre commissioning and commissioning activities (L1-L5) on electrical systems
- Assist in Integrated Systems Testing (IST)
- Supervision of Commissioning related tasks for all Electrical Vendors
- Form and update weekly Cx Vendor progress reports for onward submission to Cx management
- Witnessing of all vendor Cx activities against approved project documentation
The Ideal Candidate has:
- Relevant certificates in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering or an Electrical Trade with relevant training and experience e.g NVQ
- Minimum of 3+ Years’ experience in a similar role within a construction environment with experience in Commercial, Industrial, pharma, data centre type projects is desirable.
- Experience of working on LV/MV or HV systems with commissioning experience.
- Electrical Testing & Verification with min 3 years’ experience.
- Construction experience
