We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong consultancy skills to support and lead strategic projects in labs across our R&D and manufacturing plants. This role includes managing the following critical initiatives:
* RFP for a holistic Quality Assurance (QA) platform.
* RFP for a Scientific Data Cloud solution (e. g., Tetrascience), including vendor evaluation and selection.
* Upgrade of the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
Key Responsibilities
* Design and manage the RFP processes for the QA platform and Scientific Data Cloud solution.
* Define business requirements, develop evaluation criteria, and facilitate vendor selection.
* Engage with vendors through workshops, proposals, and technical discussions.
* LIMS Upgrade: Oversee the planning and execution of the LIMS upgrade project, ensuring minimal disruption to lab operations.
* Manage system enhancements, testing, validation, and deployment phases.
* Coordinate with stakeholders to align upgrades with lab requirements and compliance standards.
General Project Management:
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
* Develop detailed project plans, manage risks, and resolve issues promptly.
* Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
* Consultancy and Strategic Guidance: Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders, providing strategic recommendations.
* Ensure alignment of all projects with business objectives and regulatory compliance.
* Deliver clear and actionable insights to support decision-making processes.
Experience:
* Extensive experience in project management within R&D or Manufacturing labs preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Proven track record of leading RFPs for IT solutions and overseeing LIMS upgrades.
Skills:
* Strong consultancy skills with the ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders.
* Excellent project management capabilities, including planning, coordination, and execution.
* Familiarity with lab systems (e. g., LIMS, ELN, CDS), QA workflows, and data management solutions.
Knowledge:
* In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements, including GxP standards.
* Expertise in vendor evaluation, system validation, and deployment processes.
