Experteer Overview In this PMO-focused role, you enable effective delivery of technology programs by upholding governance, quality standards, and transparent reporting. You partner with Tech stakeholders to provide visibility and insights that drive informed decisions, while coordinating internal and external project managers. You’ll standardize practices, maintain templates, and lead continuous improvements across PMO processes and tools. This role supports how tech initiatives align to business strategy and general delivery. - Act as a trusted PMO partner to Tech stakeholders, providing visibility and analysis to support decision‑making
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and governance in portfolio initiatives
- Support ongoing project and portfolio activities, including budget and resource planning
- Promote correct and consistent application of Project Management Methodology u0026 Practices
- Maintain up-to-date financial information in PMO tools and provide portfolio reporting
- Create, maintain, and evolve project/product templates and guidance materials
- Support PMO communications, training, and adoption of processes, tools, and ways of working
- Identify and drive continuous improvements across PMO processes, tools, and governance
- Coordinate and oversee external Project Managers to ensure alignment with PMO governance and reporting
- Monitor delivery quality of externally managed projects and escalate risks as needed
- Maintain and update project/program plans, tracking time, cost, quality, scope against criteria
- Coordinate resource onboarding and brief new team members on governance and tools
- Administer PMO tools (Project Online, OnePlan, SharePoint, Teams) and ensure data qualityResponsabilidades
- Hands-on experience with project governance, methodologies, standards, tools, and templates
- Experience in a PMO role, preferably supporting technology programs
- Knowledge across Waterfall and Agile delivery models
- Project Management qualifications or certifications preferred
- Strong familiarity with Project Online and OnePlan
- MS Office and SharePoint proficiency; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Proficient English communication; Spanish a plus
- Master's degree preferred in Business Administration, IT, or related fields
