We are seeking a Trade Marketing & Brand Activation Manager UK to lead the TD Group Brands in the UK. Your focus will be designing and implementing trade marketing strategies aimed at health partners such as doctors, NHS, hospitals, and clinics. Experience in B2B marketing with multi-brand strategies is highly valued.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage UK trade marketing across all TD Group brands (Top Doctors, I Want Great Care, and Top Health Tech).
* Develop and execute trade marketing plans targeting doctors, hospitals, and clinics.
* Create strategies to attract new partners and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.
* Assess marketing materials and services to ensure they deliver value and align with business goals.
* Design and implement upselling and cross-selling campaigns for launches and sales growth.
* Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities and enhance marketing initiatives.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay aligned with industry trends.
* Coordinate pricing and promotional strategies with internal teams.
* Prepare impactful presentations for events, stakeholders, and business development.
* Oversee the design and performance of main websites.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration (ADE), or related field.
* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI.
* Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
* Experience living in the UK, with knowledge of the healthcare sector preferred.
* At least 4 years of experience in B2B trade marketing, ideally in healthcare or medical industries.
* Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-brand, multi-country environment.
* Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
* Based in Barcelona with availability to travel.
