The Challenge
The R&D laboratory is seeking a highly motivated analyst with a proven track record in analytical development. This role will provide analytical and technical support for the R&D project pipeline, focusing on the polymeric division and reverse engineering activities across various projects (Q1 / Q2 / Q3). Responsibilities include sample preparation and analysis using techniques such as GC, HPLC, UPLC-MS, GC-MS, and GPC.
Specific Responsibilities
* Hands-on experience with analytical methods including TGA, DSC, GPC, Rheometer, GC-MS, HPLC-MS, ICP-OES, preferably in industry or academic laboratories.
* Review and interpret analytical results.
* Strong problem-solving skills, highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
Requirements and Personal Skills
* Education: Bachelor's degree in sciences such as Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or related fields. Vocational upper secondary education will also be considered.
* Languages: High proficiency in Spanish and intermediate to high level in English.
* Experience: Prior experience as an analyst, scientist, or technician in an analytical environment, preferably in the pharma industry or a related laboratory.
* Knowledge: Familiarity with GMP regulations.
* Travel: Not required.
* Personal Skills: Good analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to design experiments, interpret data independently, and work in a GMP environment.
* Work Schedule: Flexible shifts from 08:00-09:45 to 16:30-18:15, with potential shift changes.
