About the Role:
Assist Trade Marketing Manager in managing and coordinating the National Promotion Plan, National Key Accounts Promotions, National Key Accounts Multi-brand In-store Activation and Display, POSM Projects and Implementation, External and Internal In-store Sampling Activities, Sponsorships and Events, NPD Listings, Competitor Promotion Intelligence Reports for different Business Units throughout KSA & GULF.
Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of national promotions and in-store activations
Coordinate POSM implementation and product sampling sessions
Monitor product placement, visibility, and planogram compliance across regions
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive category and pricing strategies
Analyze sales and market data to optimize promotional effectiveness
Assist in launching new products and managing trade marketing budgets
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
Minimum 5 years of trade marketing experience in FMCG within the Middle East
Fluent in English and Arabic
Strong understanding of Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, and Wholesale channels
Experience with space planning, merchandising, and promotional execution
Familiarity with POS materials, planograms, and product distribution strategies
Ability to manage operational execution across regions and territories
Knowledge of category management, pricing strategy, and market share growth
Proficiency in analyzing trade data and forecasting promotional impact
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
