You'll assist in monitoring, incident analysis, policy support, and day-to-day SOC activities, working closely with security, network, and cloud teams.What You'll DoMonitor Prisma Access alerts, logs, and eventsPerform first-level incident analysis and escalationSupport security policy maintenance and configuration changesAssist with connectivity and access issue troubleshootingReview logs, dashboards, and contribute to reports and documentationParticipate in on-call duty (1 week per month, standby only)What We're Looking For1–2 years of experience in SecOps or network/security rolesHands-on exposure to Prisma Access (required)Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, network segmentation, and perimeter securityTechnical degree or equivalent education in IT/NetworkingEnglish B2+ (spoken and written)Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to follow established proceduresNice to have:Prisma or entry-level security/network certificationsAdditional InfoOccasional short travel may be requiredInterested?
