Job Overview
Customer Services Qc Validation Technician at Syntegon Telstar, located in Terrassa, Catalonia, Spain. The role is part of the Retrofits area within the Customer Service – Life Science Equipment (CS LSE) department.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop validation protocols for equipment in accordance with GMPs, client requirements and internal quality systems.
- Coordinate protocol approval and documentation with the client.
- Manage and monitor change controls on assigned retrofit projects.
- Execute validation protocols, review results and compile supporting documentation (certificates, annexes, etc.).
- Document and close deviations detected during the validation process.
- Participate in pipeline meetings, kick‑offs, progress and project closure.
- Plan and execute qualification tests within established timelines.
- Track time spent on tasks and compare it against the allocated budget, justifying possible deviations.
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions derived from test execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific‑technical field (chemistry, pharmacy, biology, engineering, etc.) or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience executing autonomous qualification protocols for pharmaceutical equipment, client‑final project management and/or startup.
- Good knowledge of GMPs.
- Minimum B2 level in English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Driving licence and personal vehicle. Availability for travel (approximately 15‑20%) to national and international sites when required.
