Your role as a Global Operations Specialist

In this position you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate handling of customer leases. You’ll be responsible for key operational activities throughout the lease life-cycle, working closely with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure everything runs efficiently.

* Create orders, follow up on deliveries, and manage signatures.
* Handle purchases, set up leasing schedules, and manage invoices.
* Update customer information and adjust leasing agreements.
* Process returns, prepare collections, and handle sales agreements.
* Create and manage supplier records in the system, and coordinate payment updates.
* Prepare, store, and manage documents using our document management system.
* Address customer queries, resolve process issues, and standardize tasks.

Your profile as a Global Operations Specialist:

* Fluent in Dutch, French, and English with excellent communication skills.
* Highly competent in Microsoft Applications, with a strong ability to manage complex systems.
* Proven experience in international environments, excelling in teamwork, prioritization, and problem-solving.
* Able to deliver high-quality work independently, with a proactive, organized approach focused on continuous process improvement.
