Experteer Overview In this role, you will design end-to-end IT asset management solutions with a focus on Device as a Service and workplace IT infrastructure. You’ll work within the ALM team to translate customer needs into cost-efficient service designs and support profitable delivery. This position combines technical design with commercial considerations to shape client outcomes. - Lead solution design for end-to-end service outlines with hardware and IT infrastructure focus
- Collaborate with sales to perform discovery, analyze business processes, and respond to large RFPs
- Oversee implementation with project managers and technical teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to standardsResponsabilidades
- 5+ years in Technical Pre-Sales or service outsourcing
- Strong knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and hardware lifecycle management
- Analytical and financial fluency with experience calculating TCO and ROI for complex B2B integrations
- Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Technical field
