Role Overview
Own and execute Licenseware's digital marketing engine, turning product, partnerships, and thought leadership into consistent inbound demand, qualified pipeline, and brand authority in the Software Asset Management space, with LinkedIn as the primary social channel and YouTube, Instagram, and X scaled from zero to meaningful reach.
What You'd Own
* Plan and run digital campaigns across website, email, paid channels, and social, with LinkedIn as the core distribution and engagement platform
* Build and scale YouTube, Instagram, and X from 0 to hero through consistent content, experimentation, and performance tracking
* Manage and optimize Licenseware's website and landing pages for conversion and clarity
* Own SEO and content distribution to increase organic visibility around SAM, ITAM, and software licensing topics
* Support product launches, partnerships, and new apps with targeted digital campaigns
* Work closely with sales and partnerships to align campaigns with active go-to-market motions
* Track and report on performance using clear metrics such as MQLs, CAC, engagement, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
* Continuously test, learn, and iterate to improve results

Ideal Profile
* Hands-on digital marketer with experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
* Deep familiarity with LinkedIn for B2B growth
* Comfortable building new social channels from scratch
* Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, and conversion optimization
* Data-driven and outcome-focused
* Able to operate independently while collaborating closely with sales, product, and partnerships in a fast-moving startup environment
* Industry experience in SAM, ITAM, FinOps, or ITSM is highly valued
