Compliance ensures Revolut’s products meet regulatory requirements and deliver excellent customer outcomes. The team is data-driven and adept at finding solutions in a digital environment, managing conduct risk effectively.With expanding insurance products, our Compliance team is growing. We're seeking an Insurance Compliance Manager to oversee the regulatory framework for insurance distribution, ensuring consumer protection practices remain compliant. This is a hands-on role.If you have insurance experience, understand insurance distribution across the EEA, and are excited about innovative products, we want to hear from you.What you'll be doing
Advising on compliance requirements for insurance products and controlsSupporting insurance distribution operations across the EEADeveloping, assessing, and implementing policiesReviewing insurance initiatives and providing compliance feedbackManaging training programmesAssessing and approving marketing communicationsAnalyzing customer complaints for compliance risksCollaborating to improve customer outcomesConducting compliance monitoringHorizon scanning across countriesInterpreting regulations into actionable business stepsMapping requirements to controls and addressing gapsWorking with Risk Managers on compliance issuesProactively identifying regulatory issues and recommending solutionsLiaising with Legal, Risk, regulators, and other stakeholdersWhat you'll need
Experience in compliance risk management within consultancy, compliance, or regulatory bodiesKnowledge of regulatory gap analysis, policy creation, and implementationExpertise in insurance distribution and FOS business modelsAbility to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlinesUnderstanding of compliance and business risk interplayStrong communication skills with internal teams and regulatorsAttention to detail and multitasking abilitySound judgment and analytical skillsKnowledge of insurance intermediary regulationsWillingness to develop expertise in crypto and privacy areasCompensation range
