As an HR Manager, you will build on an already established foundation of processes, ensuring they are consistently executed, continuously improved, and scaled alongside the company’s growth.
You will work closely with the CEO, COO, and team leads, combining strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to make the People function a reliable and high‑performing engine for the business.
Your responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, COO, and team leads, supporting people‑related topics, performance, and team development.
- Lead the full recruitment cycle, owning and optimizing the hiring engine to attract top‑tier talent while maintaining a consistently high hiring bar.
- Manage and follow up on the performance management system (reviews, feedback cycles, OKRs).
- Manage core People processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance, and offboarding), including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance across different locations.
- Ensure the proper execution of the structured onboarding process, enabling fast and effective ramp‑up of new hires.
- Drive culture, engagement, and internal communication initiatives, acting as the guardian of Equi
