The Global Learning Partner is a member of the Global Talent & L&D; CoE of AXA Partners, partnering with Business to design L&D; interventions that address strategic business needs. They drive the design of impactful learning journeys & activities, in close collaboration with talent, HR and learning teams at a global and local level, as well as working with external partners. They deploy solutions, programs, processes, and tools to deliver an impactful learner-centric experience, leveraging new ways of learning and enabling leaders to drive transformation and higher performance. They play an integral role in the delivery of the AXA Partners Learning strategy and in turn the learning mindset across AXA Partners.
**DIMENSIONS OF ROLE**
- ** **Partners with the business, the Regional L&D; teams and the Global HRBP/HRD to identify learning needs, propose learning initiatives and is responsible for design, program management and deployment of the solutions
- Contributes, through innovative initiatives, to the development of the learning culture of AXA Partners towards a self-learning organisation, where employees are empowered to take ownership of their own development
- Works closely with stakeholders across different functions and all levels of the company: HRBPs, Executives, Managers, AXA Group L&D;, Geography L&D; teams
- Collaborates with Regional /Local L&D; teams as well as Subject Matter Experts for the design of the learning solutions
- Is a key contributor to the Global L&D; community.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work closely with business leaders, regional L&D; teams and Global HRBPs, to prioritize learning needs according to business priorities and to develop a learning plan
- Design high-impact programs, leveraging online learning & face to face to offer an effective learner experience
- Identify best practices when interacting with entities and make them global when appropriate
- Manage deployment of transversal learning initiatives around a continuous cycles of need analysis, design project management and logistics
- Provide guidelines for deployment of global programs for local entities when it is required
- Organise Train The Trainer sessions when required
- Monitor KPIs globally and evaluate feedback and effectiveness of training development
- Contribute to the Global L&D; community by regular updates and guidance on deployment of learning programs, insights on learning trends and new initiatives
- Promote new ways of learning
- Contribute to the marketing efforts of our learning offer
- Ensure strict respect of general learning budget in own area
- Facilitate workshops and learning sessions (considered as a plus)
- Work closely with the learning colleagues and beyond (L&D;, Talent, Culture) to ensure consistency and to make the learning strategy and mindset a success throughout AXA Partners. Leverage networks and other AXA entities likewise.
**Reporting/ Working Relationships**:
- Works closely with the Global HRBP, Global HRD, Country HRDs and ExCom members
- Collaborates will Regional and Local L&D; teams across AXA Partners
- Collaborates with the AXA Group L&D;
- Member of the AXA Partners Global L&D; Community
- Collaborates with the Capability Centre of Excellence (Resourcing, Talent, L&D; & Engagement & I&D; team members).
**Your Profile** SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Significant and demonstrated experience in Learning & Development or more than 2 years in a Learning Partner role
- Good understanding of new ways of learning and knowledge of digital learning tools/platforms
- Fluent in English
- Strategic thinking
- Strong communication skills
- Influencing skills
- Ability to work closely with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation and build collaborative relationships
- Ability to work independently (the team are a remote team based in different countries)
- Analytical thinking and ability to work with metrics and data
- Effective project management skills
- Experience of working in an international environment
- Experience with learning management systems
- Experience in designing and facilitating training programs - knowledge of the principles of adult learning, learning design, evaluation and large scale programme management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects
- Evidence of continuous personal improvement
- Strong skills on Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
